How to Apply Ubtan: You will need 1 cup split red lentils or besan, ¼ raw rice, 8-9 almonds, ½ cup oatmeal, a pinch of turmeric and rose water or half-cup of raw milk.  Soak lentils, rice and almonds overnight and grind them the next day. To this, add a dash of turmeric, besan (optional) and oatmeal. Add raw milk or rose water to it and give a nice stir. The paste should neither be too runny nor too thick! Apply it on your clean face and neck. Leave it until it dries, and then rinse your pace. You can also store ubtan for regular use!
