Once you call on the above-listed numbers, your call will be connected with the IVRS system, and after that, you would have to follow these instructions:

- Select your preferred language.
- Press 1 if you have to report a complaint on the registered PhonePe number.
- Press 2 if you are looking for Cashback offers.
- Press 3 if you have to report a refund-related complaint.

Levels of PhonePe Grievance Redressal
- Register your complaint on PhonePe customer support.
- Customer supper service is available round the clock for all days, Monday to Sunday.
- PhonePe customer care team will try their best to resolve your queries at the earliest, within three working days.
- The refund would be approved instantly. However, it might take 3-10 days to reflect the refunded money into the account.
- Complaints about ‘fraud and risk assessment’ might take longer to get resolved.
If your query is not resolved in the first level or you haven’t got a satisfactory solution, then you can follow these steps:
- Log in to the PhonePe support from a registered ten-digit number and report your query or complaint.

Resolution of Complaints
- The nodule officer and his team will revert you with 24 hours after receiving the complaint.
- The team will try to resolve your problem within three working days.
- If there is any delay in the resolution, the same would be informed to you.
In case your query or complaint is not resolved within 30 days after registering the complaint, the customer is free to contact with the Ombudsman centre.
